Exo is a cross training class where you do a ful body workout of different functional exercises to exceed your limits.

EXO stands for;

E: Exercise- different functional exercises in 5 different stations.

x: Cross Training- workouts are focused on Strength, cardio, core, toning and flexibility.

C: Community- Group fitness, boosting your motivation and leveraging your results.

Build total body functional strength, muscular endurance and gain lean muscles, while optimizing your explosive power and enhancing your athletic performance.

Muscle gainz class is born from the clients needs. Instead of an equipment based lonely workout, you can achieve your muscle gains objectives with a supervised workout and plan, always with the goal of bringing you more muscle growth.

The LAB is a high-intensity interval training workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle, this workout uses different equipment and accessories to blast all major muscle groups.

This class is high intensity group workout that develops muscular power and cardiovascular endurance. The exercises that the class contains are based on movements and techniques of boxing.

The exercises alter between sequences with punching bags, punching pads and conditioning exercises.

This class promotes the development of the ability touse your strength in short bursts of time, improve your footwork and provides a high self esteem sensation to the clients.

E+BOOTCAMP focuses on different muscle groups in a circuit routine to give you a hardcore, full body workout each week. Great for any fitness level, with modifications available for each exercise.
