Diana is a Portuguese Trainer with a strong passion for sports and body&mind. She grew up dancing contemporary dance and doing acrobatic gymnastics. As a professionalfitness coach, holding a degree in Sports Science and Physical Education, Diana believes exercise is an important and meaningful part of daily living and although schedules can be busy, she firmly believes that exercise should always be incorporated into your routine. A dedicated fitness professional with passion for improving client health, wellness and quality of life, Diana delivers high-energy training using the latest techniques in exercise science, cardio programs and strenght training.
