Glen holds an Exercise and Sport Science Degree (Ballarat University, Australia) with over 10 years’ experience in the Health and Fitness industry with continuing knowledge and education. During this time, he has coached and worked successfully with individuals looking to improve their physical appearance (gain muscle/lose fat), get stronger or looking for rehab post injury such as L4-L5 disc herniation, shoulder impingent etc, as well as those looking for a more sustainable approach to applying Health and Fitness into their life. Glen achieves this by coaching an individual through a bespoke and in-depth training and nutrition plan while taking into consideration a person’s lifestyle. His approach is simple. strengthen your weaknesses to make your strengths stronger and do it in a way where it "ADDS" to life, NOT the other way around. So, you can eventually train as hard as you want as pain free as you can through smart and effective training and nutrition applications. In short: Mobility, Stability and Strength/Muscle, emphasising one more than the other depending on the individual. He also has a background in Jiu-Jitsu, and he has competed in several competitions as well as experience in Boxing, Muay Thai and Kickboxing.
