FAT BURNING

E+ Core and Conditioning is the ideal way to increase your core strength and build your balance, the workout rotates through the major core muscles by providing a series of 4 core workouts that hit your abs, oblique muscles hard and lower back.

E+BOOTCAMP focuses on different muscle groups in a circuit routine to give you a hardcore, full body workout each week. Great for any fitness level, with modifications available for each exercise.

E+HIIT Class is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle, this workout uses different equipment and accessories to blast all major muscle groups.
