Jelena is personal and group trainer for over 15 years, in her home country Serbia, USA and now UAE. She is a licensed personal trainer in sport and recreation, and a CrossFit trainer.
Her base is weightlifting, powerlifting, CrossFit, an d she was successful in competing in these areas too.
Jelena strongly believes that we need to work on our fitness level trough building our full body strength, not just specific areas.
She is spending a lot of time working on flexibility, mobility, and balance with her clients, as base for all sports.
Jelena is triathlete, cycling, running, and swimming sessions daily, with following nutrition plan. She is building strong mindset of her clients, which is huge part of the role.
She is helping her clients to make good nutrition plan which will make them satisfied and comfortable first and help them to reach their goals faster.
She enjoys in working out with kids and teenagers, presenting the important of doing sport from early age.
